New Possibilities
If you've been reading my stories, you know that after losing my job at 60, I began looking for possibilities instead of permission.
But I didn't get there overnight.
For a long time, I kept looking for someone else to tell me what I should do next.
Was I too old to start over?
What if I chose the wrong thing?
What if I wasn't capable of learning something completely new?
I think what frightened me most was trusting myself enough to try—without knowing how it would turn out.
Eventually, I realized I didn't need permission to find out what else might be possible.
One of those possibilities became LaunchYou.
And now, A Few Good Friends has become a place where I can share what I've learned along the way—and help other women explore what might be possible for them, too.
For some, that might include creating an online income.
It isn't for everyone.
And that's okay.
A Few Good Friends will always be a place to belong.
“Could I still build something at this stage of my life?”
I want you to know that I wondered the same thing.
I didn't begin with a business idea or a plan for A Few Good Friends. I didn't know how to build websites or understand all the pieces that go into creating an online business.
I learned them.
And I didn't have to learn them alone.
That's what LaunchYou gave me: training, tools, a framework to follow, and people I could turn to when I didn't know what to do next.
Eventually, they helped me build something of my own.
And that's why I'm sharing it with you.
Not because I think you should build what I built.
But because you may have an idea of your own.
You may want to create another source of income.
You may already know what you'd love to build but have no idea how to begin.
Or you may simply be curious about what else could be possible.
LaunchYou offers several ways to get started, depending on how much guidance and support you want along the way.
This is a bigger commitment than simply exploring an idea. It's for someone who's ready to seriously consider building something of her own.
If that sounds like where you are, I'd love to show you the place that helped me begin.
If you decide to purchase a LaunchYou program through my link, I may receive a commission. I only share programs and resources I personally use and believe in.
